I bridge the gap between engineering teams and real-world outcomes. Nine years at AT&T across fiber infrastructure, customer operations, and WiFi hardware strategy, and now I architect and ship production AI systems end to end, turning complex product problems into shipped, measurable results.
My career started in fiber engineering at AT&T, which gave me a deep respect for planning and execution. In that environment I learned quickly that good planning is the difference between something that launches and something that gets stuck in review.
Over time I moved into product ownership and program management, taking on situations where the path was rarely clear. I became comfortable working through ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and making sure everyone agreed on what "done" meant before development began.
More recently I led WiFi 6 and WiFi 7 hardware strategy from early concept through market launch, balancing engineering realities, vendor coordination, marketing, and customer experience at the same time.
That intersection is where I do my best work: where technical depth meets business strategy and execution, and where thoughtful decisions meaningfully change the outcome for customers.
The most expensive problems are the ones caught late. I work upstream: defining requirements, surfacing risk early, and aligning engineering, design, marketing, and sales around a single definition of done.
That clarity prevents rework, protects timelines, and keeps delivery moving when priorities compete.
I led next-generation WiFi hardware end to end: design coordination, cost modeling, vendor management, launch readiness, and post-launch performance across multiple product lines.
The result was first-to-market WiFi 7 hardware and a cloud-assisted optimization solution that improved network stability by 30% and connectivity performance by 15%.
I align engineering, design, marketing, and operations around shared priorities, translating technical constraints into business decisions and keeping releases on schedule.
From new product requirements through backlog prioritization, I turn vague asks into scoped, buildable work with a clear definition of done before development starts.
I surface risk early, run structured vendor and launch reviews, and keep leadership aligned on progress, trade-offs, and what it takes to ship.

End-to-end delivery of next-gen WiFi hardware from concept through retail: design, cost modeling, and post-launch performance.

Led firmware delivery across millions of gateways and extenders, unlocking $79M in annual cost savings.
